Creation of Skeleton

The dead the alive the diamonds
they survived
The slaves the prisoners the raves
they celebrated
The eagle the night the sky
they danced
The hero the villain the victim
they merged
The dumb ass the teacher the stubborn
they learned
The genius the ignorant the minion
they taught
The artist the tree hugger the archaeologist
they created
The leader the wall the guards
they fell
The peeping tom the girl the onlooker
they understood
The killer the boy the saviour
they changed
The man the woman the child
they loved

The predators the angels the demons
they walked

Oh Nice Anthony, I love contrast and you melded many so nicely here in various aspects of our humanity...one is nothing without the other - how can we separate even angels from demons if one or other did not know existence - the merging of villan and victim..that is my favorite line and a powerful image.......bkm

Great work, Anthony
Love the nouns now and again into one action, direction,... that of life- as long as they live... even the dead survive. Yes

Very original thinking here Anthony loved the lines

The killer the boy the saviour
they changed
The man the woman the child
they loved

and the fact that it looks like a ribcage

Really like the internal rhyme in the first strophe. You should play with that and see if you could carry it throughout

Wow! This is a remarkable piece. I love everything about it: structure, statements, poignancy... somehow you have summed up the human race.
